FOREST LODGE
This popular Deluxe high end quality Garden room was perfect for this garden as a pool room in surrey, it's a 5m x 5m footprint building, 3m high at the front and 2.5m at the back, fully finished in red western cedar cladding.
The groundworks involved removing an old summer room and its raised stepped patio, levelling and removing tonnes of clay and soil, building a new patio level with the existing pool patio, and then using slabs to match the existing pool slabs. the pools power and control box had to be moved into the new pool room, this lodge and groundworks took the team 3 weeks start to finish to construct.

Pinnacle Lodges offers a high quality product and a stress free experience for its customers. They deliver on this 100% and we would also add, great value for money. We wanted a garden room to use as a gym and small sitting room. We wanted a functional and robust building so were not interested in any flat pack products.
We had a great experience from the initial contact to design, scheduling of works and construction including groundworks and erection of the building. The design drawings were very professional and show what the finished building will look like in position. We used the plans to successfully apply for a Certificate of Lawfulness and to determine the colour and type of cladding that would best suit the location.
Sophie worked with several teams during the construction phases: groundworks, electrical and plastering. They were all great guys. Pinnacle Lodges provides its own portaloo, skip, gazebo and food preparation equipment so the teams are totally self-sufficient and unobtrusive. The teams were dedicated to the project from start to finish and often worked late into the evening to ensure that the job is completed within the agreed timeframe.
We could see the quality of the build at each stage of the process. It was more like watching the construction of a timber framed house rather than an outbuilding. At the completion of the project, Sophie stayed on to ensure that everything was finished and the site cleared of debris. We are sure that he would not hesitate to return to site if we had a problem with the building.
We are delighted with our new garden room and think that the photographs speak for themselves. We have no hesitation in recommending Pinnacle Lodges to anyone wanting a high quality product and great service.
SUMMER ROOM
This Summer Room blends in well with this garden, with its British Cedar cladding and its anthracite doors and windows giving it that modern look. Split into two rooms for an office and a living room space, we this this looks amazing.
With its large overhangs to keep you sheltered from the rain for easy access, this lodge has everything you need.
4m x 6m building and only 2.5m in height so planning was not needed.

We couldn’t ask for anything more, start to finish, you and the team made it a wonderful experience and gave us full trust in what you were doing as we was worried about cowboy builders, but you guys are from form that. Outstanding work seeing you build it from scratch, just how quickly it was made and put together was impressive, clean, and tidy after every day too, and the quality of the craftsmanship from the carpenter is amazing!
Your drawings and renders helped us see exactly what we were getting, we fell in love with it. You had no problem changing anything we wanted, helping us create our own lodge.
We would highly recommend Pinnacle Lodges to anyone; the team are amazing.
FOREST LODGE
This was a tricky build as we were limited on space, this building was over the permitted development building sizes, so planning permission was needed, this was granted. It's a 3.3m high lodge and with a 6 x 4m footprint, it was close to the boundary lines. The customer wanted it with our gym interior fit out, as he is a personal trainer, he wanted the best experience for his clients, so he wanted the space and height to lift weights above the head and for a stairs master.
Access was restricted and the client did not want a concrete pad as foundations, so we opted for bigger timber beams to support the floor span across 1m deep concrete pads. this was a big cost saving for the client.

FOREST LODGE
This Forest Lodge was a delight to install for the team, the ground works were installed by the client, and he did a fantastic job, this made the building fly up thanks to how flat and level the concrete pad was. The client also ran power to the building underground with a 6mm armoured cable, he did a great job with this too.
This building took us about 8 build days to complete, it's a 2.5m tall lodge with a 3.5 x 4.5m footprint, the garden is very large, and the client wanted the lodge set back into the trees where an old summer house once stood, the client removed the old summer house and cleared lots of bushes and branches to make room for the new building.

Many thanks to Sophie and the team at Pinnacle lodges for our fantastic garden room. Would not hesitate in recommending Pinnacle Lodges to anybody wanting a great garden addition. From the great design drawings and images through the Construction phase we couldn't have been happier. The team were always polite and tidied up at the end of each day. We were so glad we didn't go to a flat pack company importing materials and taking upto 16 weeks to get on site. From agreeing the price Pinnacles team were on site 4 weeks later and it was great to watch the structure go up.
KING SUITE
This King Suite suited this garden and family very well for everything they wanted, this lodge is 3m tall with a 6x4m footprint. its side storage room is a great addition for this client with a room size of 1.5m wide by 4m deep and great internal height. The entertainment room is great for that private space to chill and relax or a great space for entertaining guests, this room has internet, tv, and ceiling speakers.

Excellent from start to finish! If only all trades could take a lesson from Pinnacle Lodges, turn up when they say they will and do the job to the highest standard! Nothing was too much trouble, worked like a well oiled machine, all polite and respectful and tidied up after themselves every day! Every piece of wood was cut on site, made to measure and the attention to detail is second to none. Definitely recommend!

Exceptional design and work ethics…
I came across Pinnacle Lodges Garden Rooms through Facebook by coincidence. We had an exceptional experience all round from the time of the quote to the completion of the work. We had a large garden room built with big patio doors. Sophie and the team were absolutely brilliant including their work ethics. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and skilled.
Their level of work is exceptional. 5* all round. Jason and the team are trustworthy, talented & brilliant to work with. We are so happy with the results. They are an exceptional team from the building work, carpentry, electrics and decorating, everything they have done is to the highest standard and they are able to solve any problem they are faced with. They listened to our ideas and offered up advice on how best to achieve what we wanted offering up cost-effective ways and advice.
